2020 Scholarship Deadline Set

The 2020 Speak Up- Reach Out Scholarship application with all required documents must be received in hard copy format at the Florida location on the current application. When sending application packets do NOT send via a method that requires a signature. Sending the application packet signature required may result in a delay of receipt or possible return of the application due to the availability of staff to provide a signature. Please make sure that you are submitting a current application directly from Drake Davis Foundation as some third party websites have incorrect information and outdated applications. Drake Davis foundation is not responsible for delayed, returned, or lost applications.
